At work I had to make a texture for raw skin. Like the kind you get when you scrub too hard with scalding water and steel wool. You know.

I tried to recreate it at home, but it came out looking more like spilled blood. Which, you know, is ok I guess. I think it looks cool. So here it is. Maybe I should try playing with the colors and get a blue version or green version.



In fact, if I made the darker reds blue and the litter specs white, it would look like the ocean seen from space!
